Privacy Policy
1. Information we handle
The app uses the information you enter, such as goal names, deadlines, daruma colors and designs, and achievement dates, to provide the countdown and widget features. This information is stored on your device. No account registration is required, and the operator does not collect your personal information on any server of its own.
If you turn on iCloud sync, your data is synced between devices that use the same Apple Account through iCloud (CloudKit), provided by Apple. The data is stored only in your own iCloud and the operator cannot access it. The app has no feature for sharing data with other users.
2. Advertising and third-party services
The app uses Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob) and shows rewarded ads when you choose to watch one. The ad provider may collect device identifiers, advertising data, usage data, diagnostic information, and approximate location for purposes such as serving and measuring ads and preventing fraud. What is actually collected depends on your consent, your device settings, the ad configuration, and Google's service specifications. Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one to add a slot.
The app requests only non-personalized ads and also specifies restricted data processing for U.S. state laws. The app does not use the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt.
In the EEA, the UK and some other regions, Google's messaging tool asks for your consent regarding ads. Without consent, no ad is shown and no slot is added. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
3. In-app purchases
The app has no in-app purchases.
4. Purposes of use
Information is used to provide app features, sync across devices, serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain quality and security.
5. Retention and deletion
Data on your device is kept until you delete the daruma or delete the app. Data synced to iCloud is managed according to your iCloud settings and Apple's policies, and can be deleted in iOS Settings.
Retention and deletion of information handled by ad providers follow each provider's policies.
6. Your choices
You can change iCloud sync in your device settings. You can change your ad consent from the consent screen or from "Ad privacy choices" in the app's settings (shown only in regions where consent is required).
7. Security
The operator makes reasonable efforts to protect information handled by the app against unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, and loss. For third-party services, we review each provider's security policies.
8. Children
The app is not primarily directed at children. If you are of an age that requires parental consent under applicable law, please use the app with your parent's or guardian's consent.
9. Changes
This policy may be revised in response to changes in features, laws, or third-party services. If there is an important change, we will notify you in the app or on this site.
